Yesterday, fresh right after work, my fellow blogger colleague Niina and I drove to Helsinki for the photographer, Daniela Talvitie’s Fashion Photo Helsinki exhibition opening party. Since neither of us managed to take any proper pictures from the party itself, we decided to externalize our outfits in the yard of the a beautiful church that we spotted outside. Somehow the ethereal surroundings of the church under the cotton candy sky seemed to fit the mood of our rather black empowered outfits seamlessly, making me wonder that who even needs color when you can have a backdrop like this one?
If you’re a fan of fashion photography and in Helsinki during the following weeks, do check out Daniela’s exhibition at the Design Museum.

Thank you so much!:) It’s a pity I didn’t get to say hi and congrats to you, but here we go, congrats on the great exhibition.:)
Love the cardi 🙂
Thanks! It’s actually a vest but it looks like a cardi when worn underneath other garments. 🙂
Pakko tulla näin jälkikäteen kertomaan sulle miten hämmentynyt olin kun näin sut muutamia viikkoja sitten tampereen sokoksella! Tuntui erikoiselta, sillä olen lukenut blogiasi jo vuosia, niinäkin aikoina kun kirjoitit vielä suomeksi.
Olisin tullut sanomaan tuon kaiken kasvotuksen, mutta näytit silloin kovin kiireiseltä 🙂
Ihan mahtava kuulla, että olet seurannut blogiani niinkin pitkään. 🙂
Tervetuloa Tampereelle!
Okay seriously, all the draping I see everywhere is killing me…in a good way, if there is such a thing. I love layering…unfortunately, where I’m from, it’s summer all year long — I only get to do MILD layering when it’s pouring around here! xo

Hehhee, well you’ll get a lot of draping in this blog, that’s for sure. I hate it when the weather is limiting you what to wear, I can barely stand it here during the hot seasons, so I can relate to your pain. You still manage to look really good though! 🙂
lusting these outfits!! both of you look so great 🙂
