Just like heaven

I promise to pipe down about my Paris adventures after this post, so I hope you can tolerate one more. I wanted to share a place that is quite close to what I could call heaven: the Rick Owens store in Paris. If you’re in town, this beautifully composed boutique, located in the corridors of the magnificent Palais Royal, is definitely worth a visit. I made my two (and only) Paris purchases here, which haven’t been properly introduced yet. Just another thing to add on my ever growing “to do” list.

  1. Those boots are to die for. And no need to apologize for the Paris posts since this is the one and only Finnish fashion blog I know of that is high on high fashion and not just some fast fashion no quality monstrosities and there sure isn’t any Rick Owens store here in Tampere.

    1. I know!! And they are the men’s boots too. So gorgeous! You know, I was having a really bad day yesterday and this comment totally brightened up my day, so thank you so much! I’m so happy to hear that my readers have got the right picture of me. 🙂

    1. Paris is great (though a bit too hot during summer), I can highly recommend visiting it in the spring or autumn. And of course the Rick Owens boutique, as well. 😉

    1. Yeah it kind of does, huh? If you would see where it’s located (Palais Royal), you would think it’seven more like a museum or an art gallery. Thank you!!!

    1. Niinpä, ihan mahtava liike kaiken kaikkiaan! Joo, tulen itse asiassa kolmeksi päiväksi!! Voin laittaa vaikka mun numeron facebookissa sulle, ellen sitä jo sulle meilannut aikaisemmin? 🙂

  2. Small world! I have a friend who works at that store, how funny! 🙂
By the way I love what you were wearing and are those Rick Owens Smarties?? 🙂

    1. Really? Is it a woman or a man? We were served by this really helpful Asian guy, who was beyond sweet, giving us directions and all. 🙂 Thanks! Yeah, they are, I didn’t taste them but they look amazing, huh? 😉

        1. There was the main manager Barbara Mariani who was super nice as well and then this younger girl who was kind of a blond I guess. She wasn’t serving us though, so I didn’t get to take a good look. Maybe it was her?

    1. I’m glad to hear that! I probably only have some Versailles pictures left, so it’s time to get back to the regular posting again. I’m going to Berlin in Sept, so I’ll take some travel photos from there to compensate. 😉 Rick Owen store is truly a dream, if I would have to choose one store to shop for the rest of my life, it would be there.

  3. I was so amazed in all the photos that you post. It is kind of weird for me. The boots are my favorite. I love the designs and style of each boots. I also love the photos with a black skull.

  4. A great tip for people who want to visit a museum in Paris. On the first sunday of the month you can get into many museums for free. Also the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, Centre Pompidou and Musée Rodin. If you are younger than 25 you can also visit the Louvre for free on every friday night!
